If you booked directly with Movepark: open the booking under "My bookings" and click "Cancel". Cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in are refunded in full; after that, talk to support. If you booked on the partner lot's own site or WhatsApp, cancel with them, through the channel they gave you in the confirmation.
